The PRINCIPLED VOTER CERTIFICATION is the Thomas Jefferson Center’s most basic certification.
The Principled Voter Exam tests the applicant’s mastery of Natural Law political philosophy and the basic principles of successful government. Voters who have received this certification have demonstrated the ability to vote the way the Founding Fathers voted. Certified principled voters are prepared to represent the basic beliefs of the Founding Fathers and the philosophers who inspired them.
The purpose of this free course is to help students prepare for the Principled Voter Certification exam and interview. The certification fee applies to each certification application attempt, so use this course to thoroughly prepare so that you only need to apply once.
As soon as you feel confident in your ability to answer the exam and interview questions, submit the certification application. A member of the Thomas Jefferson Center certification board will contact you to schedule a time for an interview.
Although many books teach the principles the Founders used to establish this nation, this certification is largely based on the text of The 5,000 Year Leap by W. Cleon Skousen.
