The RG Basics Course is designed to lead members of the Restoration Generation through a study of the basic political philosophies and principles that guided the Founders in the establishment of this nation. It is made available to formal Restoration Generation members who want to track their progress and gauge their comprehension of the materials. Those who graduate from the RG Basics Course will be prepared to begin engaging in more complicated political discussions about the Constitution and current events.
We have found that nearly all political disagreements are the result of differences in peoples’ foundational principles. This course provides a thorough review of the doctrines, philosophies, and principles needed to be good citizens and to promote the cause of America. Join to master the basic principles used by the Founding Fathers as they crafted the U.S. Constitution and built America.
This course provides a multi-denominational perspective on early American history and includes teachings and sacred writings used by many religions. These quotations and excerpts are not to be construed as an endorsement of a particular denomination. While taking this course, you will learn the doctrines and concepts that provide a solid foundation for your life-long political studies.
Members of the Restoration Generation and those preparing to join are encouraged to complete this self-guided course and to obtain the Principled Voter Certification provided by the Thomas Jefferson Center for Constitutional Studies.
Access the course using your Restoration Generation membership or as a standard RG Basics student.
